Policies & Warranty

All purchases will be sent via UPS Standard unless otherwise advised.

All Arctic Heat products carry a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover misuse or incorrect use of Arctic Heat products.

Products that have not been activated can be returned within seven (7) days of receipt.

A fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge will be applied to all refunds.
Postage/Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded.
